• • Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier (Free, Creator, Pro, Team).

4. Subscription & Billing

• • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
• • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
• • Failure to pay will result in the termination of your account and loss of access to paid features.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Semradr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content ideas you generate or the content you create based on those ideas.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• • Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws.
• • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or intimidate any person.
• • Submit false or misleading information or upload viruses or malicious code to the Service.
• • Attempt to bypass any measures we use to prevent or restrict access to the Service.
• • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping).

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Semradr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
