Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of semradr.com and the Semradr product (the "Service"), provided by Semradr Inc. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, it takes priority.

2. Free trial and plans

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is needed to begin, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. To keep using the Service you choose a paid plan.

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page and can change; a change does not affect the period you have already paid for. Enterprise plans are billed annually under a separate quote.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing. You can move to a higher plan at any time; a move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the billing period. Taxes are added where applicable.

4. Your account

Keep your login details secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think they were misused. You are responsible for activity under your account. Information you give us must be accurate.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service;
• attempt to access the Service or other customers' data without permission;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
• scrape, resell or republish the index or briefs at scale, or use them to build a competing product;
• share account access outside your plan's limits.

6. Your data and ours

You keep the rights to what you put into the Service, such as your saved markets, boards and notes, and you give us permission to host and process it to provide the Service. Your markets and boards are private to you and are not shared with other customers.

We own the Service, including the index, the scoring methods, the briefs and the software. Your plan lets you use them, and the exports your plan allows, for your own business decisions.

7. About the information we provide

Semradr reports signals and interpretations from public and licensed sources. Readings carry a confidence score and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and you are responsible for your decisions. Sample screens on the site are for illustration only.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it is uninterrupted or error free, except where an Enterprise agreement states a service level. We may change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what a paid plan offers.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put the Service or others at risk, or do not pay. You can stop using the Service at any time. After the account ends we delete your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Semradr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you in advance. Using the Service after the change means you accept it.
